First Time in Davao City

After an almost 9 hour travel from Cagayan de Oro City, we finally arrived at Crown Jewel of Mindanao or popularly labelled as the Durian Capital of the Philippines - Davao City.

Aside from the the marketing convention we are up to, we certainly didn't miss the chance to enjoy our two days trip around the city.

First stop: People's Park
An urban public park located at the center of the city.

The Promenade
First thing that struck us around are those people doing morning exercise and zumba at the promenade. It was inviting to see them doing the routine exercise which makes my friends do the same...

A perfect place to jog and walk around with its very wide oval surrounded by different trees and plants.

 Durian Dome
This serves as the center and main entrance which opens the park with its spiky dome roof inspired by their very own fruit-Durian.

I incredibly like this park with its clean and peaceful ambiance perfect enough for strolling around and even mingle with friends.
